Dear Sirs:

I continue to receive phone calls from 2 businesses who claim I owe them money . The first is Real Time Resolutions that have an 855 number( I know they are calling from Jamaica) but the call comes in as a local call under (513) 964-9219  ( on caller ID.  It formerly came in on  “unavailable”  . I explained to the caller that this is illegal and she played dumb and then hung up on me.

The second business is a payday loan company whom I have paid back over and beyond what I owe them .  Can I do anything beyond closing that bank account (I haven't yet)  at this time?  The loan was done over my computer.
