1:  I do a number of public service events. In many events there are 20 to 30 amateurs monitoring a frequency with
one net control. They ID when spoken to. A CW list of twenty calls every 10 minutes has the popential
of disrubting a time critical transmission.
    2: In many events participants join and leave at different times. The CW list would have to be
instantly alterable. I would not want my call on a list that proclaims my presence if I was relieved
of duty.
    3: I am not in favor of large CW call lists. If the list is short it is not nessicary. I am also 
not in favor of tactical calls. Tactical calls cause more trouble than they are worth. RM-11826 is a
prime example. I am not in favor of RM11826.
