To whomever it may concern: I believe that I represent most of the United States population when I say that the enactment of Title II protections were the best thing to happen to the internet. Some would consider Former President Obama's legislation "heavy-handed" or unthoughtful, to which I beg the question- what part of potential ISP censorship do you like the best? AT&T has already gone back on it's promises to uphold net neutrality principles with their sponsored data program. It won't be long before other internet service providers and mobile carriers follow suit in other ventures to divde and conquer the internet even further. The repeal of Net Neutrality is one of which I might call "the most heavy-handed actions of the digital millenium". After reading most of Mr. Ajit Pai's proposal, I'm sure I wouldn't be surprised if it were influenced by a wealthy outside source such as his former employers, Verizon, a well-known but deeply-hated company, Comcast, or even the company who contracted my former employers, AT&T. If the thousands of comments and complaints from American citizens isn't enough to provoke a change in tone from the the FCC administration, then perhaps a reminder that you took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States will provoke a change in tune. This includes our right to the freedom of speech that I plan on supporting for as long as I live. Please remember what our country stands for when considering any further discussion of the restoral of net neutrality legislation. Sincerely, Jonathin A. Ramos, 94 Cabernet Parkway, Reno, NV 89512
