The incorrect Category Two service type was selected on Form 470 application number 190018265.  

This was discovered when trying to fill out form 471 after the 28 day waiting period..

We are upgrading our firewalls and content filtering and have also received bids on managed services.

I believe the service type should have been internal connections and perhaps another form 470 for managed services?
