I  am for the expansion of technician amateur privledges  RM11828 would 
          bring more hams to the community, more use to the HF spectrum and also 
          help companies in the United States to sell radios and in turn help our 
          basic overall economy. This would also help technicians get a taste of 
          the real reason to get an amateur license, and that is to spread goodwill 
          and help others all throughout different countries. HF is the only real 
          way to allow all hams a way to communicate with a digital infrastructure,
          so I feel that this expansion is a vital thing and should be passed.
