I am against the RM-11828 proposal to give the Technician class licensee more privileges.

The holders of Technician class licenses represent more than half the Amateur Radio population in the U.S.,  and most seem to be perfectly satisfied with the privileges they have.  If they do want more privileges, they can advance to the Genreal class license.  That's the idea behind Incentive Licensing.  No interest in more priveleges?  No problem.  And also no need to give away the priveleges.
