I am writing to oppose RM-11829. Since becoming an Amateur Radio Operator, I have seen the elimination of two 
license classes, and the removal of Morse Code as an licensing requirement. With the license structure in place
today, it is not difficult to gain entrance to and to climb the license class ladder from Technician to Amateur
Extra. We have seen children regularly advance the ladder to Amateur Extra. I believe that adding another
license class "Technician-Lite" or Tyro will not benefit the Amateur Service.
