Dear director and commissioners, I am one of the victimized share holders of tstr. The 1.4
spectrum band was stolen from us willfully undervalued. I am not nearly as versed in many of the
details but let it be said, laws were  not followed that were in place to protect us. We were thrown
under the bus, our rightful ownership stripped away without our knowledge. The FCC, and THE
SEC, and courts, were supposed to protect us. Will you, will someone please do the Job right...     
 I’m asking you, Chairman, and the Commissioners, to reinstate the 1.4 GHz Spectrum Band, but
under strict conditions, that 2014 AWS Spectrum Bidco Corporation, and new created company
of Terrestar Medical Inc., must honor our stock equity ownership of Terrestar common stock was
carefully, and strategically stolen from us, and we should be paid the true valuation of what it is
truly worth, and provide us " Warrants ", and / or  " New Preferred Shares ", of a newly created
publicly traded, in which we are protected.

And as well, the Department of Justice, the Attorney General Office should, and must take the
necessary measures to investigate the wrong doing what has occur in the bankruptcy of Terrestar
Corporation, Case # 11-10612 (SHL), in the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Southern
