In order for our hobby to expand and continue to hold the interest of the younger operators, I believe adding HF privileges to the Technician class license is vital.
Keeping in mind the fact that global communications are considered commonplace by the "Internet Generation," the ability for Technicians to make contacts outside of their local area will garner more participation.
I strongly urge the Commission to consider the future of amateur radio and enact these changes forthwith.
