I support the continuation of FCC policy to keep communications in Ham radio spectrum in open form that all may hear.  The purpose of Ham radio is for public use to encourage people to learn the principles of electronic communication and share them in the open.  I was a Ham radio operator as a teenager and it taught me many principles and developed interest in engineering that led me to become an engineer.
