Keep net neutrality. Don't stifle the competition. This is one area of our lives that absolutely requires regulation. ISP's are a gateway to the internet and in many cases you may only have the choice of one ISP. As such, they have the ability to restrict the freedom of growth and innovation if net neutrality does not remain in place. Allowing ISP's to determine what content they allow you to see is the same thing as living in a country that doesn't allow you to view Twitter, or Facebook, or read news from certain websites.
