Franklin Glover Longest 13020 SW 92nd Avenue A303 Miami, FL 33176-5773 May 11, 2017 Ajit Pai, Chairman United States Federal Communications Commission. Dear Chairman Pai, In this day and age, when Americans express their opinions over the internet, Data is speech. Allowing ISPs or any other entity to give preferential treatment to one packet of data over another is allowing them to interfere with free speech. The United States in its current form depends on the concepts of Open Internet. The open internet contributes to the peace and harmony we enjoy in the United States. To undo what the FCC so wisely did in protecting the Open Internet would hinder the People of the United States. It would open us to further division and conquest. I support strict net neutrality rules and the Title II classification of ISPs. If you truly wish to lead the United States to a better future with a lite touch then I beleive you should let the current Net Neutrality rules stand rather than sweep them away. Respectfully, Franklin Glover Longest
