I would hope that the FCC will resist the lobbying and pressure from service providers and their minions and ensure all persons and entities have unmitigated, unencumbered access to Internet services. 

To be sure, allowing a surcharge for access and bandwidth will not serve the public interest, it will only serve the interests of a few service providers allowing them to further overcharge for their services. 

You have a unique opportunity to make policy that cannot be obfuscated, worked around, subverted and clear to all - any person or entity will have the same access to Internet services and bandwidth and that no carrier or intervening entity can add surcharge that differentiates those services in any way.

Competition is good, fair compentition is better.

Please do the right thing.
