I am disappointed, though not surprised, that the FCC is considering removing the valuable protections offered under Title II for net neutrality. I urge you to keep Title II as the basis for regulation of ISPs, so that they cannot boost speeds for content partners or throttle speeds for content competitors. Shifting ISPs back to Title I would be a colossal mistake, hurting consumers and helping only ISP shareholders.
