This proposal to restore internet freedom does not do that -- in fact it does the opposite and contrains it. I urge you to preserve strong net neutrality under Title II, with no rollback of the current net neutrality policy. The idea of tiered service -- "fast lanes" -- will hamper open communication and limit economic choice and competion. It is a bad idea. I urge you to reject the proposed regulatory rollback and ensure equal internet access for all users.
