In today's day and age the internet is a necessity for survival in the professional and educational worlds. Because of how access to the internet has been integrated into our society, the internet is a utility, and should be treated as such. The necessary usage of the internet in professional, educational, and informative settings makes it an indispensable utility which should be treated as a right, not a privilege. Forcing the American people to pay for access to certain websites, or to access 'internet highways', cripples the United States' potential for growth, and puts the United States behind other countries which value their citizen's, and country's, prosperity more highly than we value our own. I urge you to value the rights of the American people, and the prosperity of the United States of America. Please do what is just and protect Net Neutrality, Title II, and the United States.
