COMMENTS IN SUPPORT

My name is Bryan Covey.  I am the General Manager of Covey Communications,
Licensee of station WHSL 107.7 FM (Lisman, Alabama) for approximately four
years.

The market challenges in our area are numerous, with our community of
license of Lisman ranking in the bottom 10% of communities in Alabama by
per capita income and the surrounding Choctaw County similarly being one
of the poorest counties in all of Alabama.

Given the economic conditions within WHSL's primary service area, our very
survival depends on our ability to reach distant and rural neighboring
communities with our programming.

I enthusiastically ask the Commission to adopt the FM Class C4 / 73.215
proposal right now.  Many stations in situations like ours are depending
on this relief.

Please review and fully implement the SSR and MMTC proposal.
