I am LeRoy Billy, owner of KPRV-FM 92.5 in Heavener/Poteau, Oklahoma. We are 28 miles from a city of multiple radio station,
four have trasmitters and towers, three 100,000 watts, within five miles of our station. These bombard our cities in search for clients. 

It would greatly improve our ability to continue service to our area. We are deeply community involved and want to continue. 

The walls of our hall is filled with plaques from civic organizations, service groups, clubs and even a bank. I received the lifetime
achievement award from the Poteau Chamber of Commerc. I urge you to support FM Class C4/73.215 petition filed by SSR Communications, Inc. 
Adoption of the complete proposal would be very helpful.
