I would like to recommend that the FCC NOT allow the depositing of "ringless voice mails".
Ringless voicemails would single handedly render the very concept of voicemail virtually useless.
Voice mailboxes are not infinite and capacity and this would cause a user's voice mail to be full
of what can only be considered vocal "spam" and the people who want to leave a personal, potentially
important voicemail will find that they are unable to do so.

The very concept flies in the face of the "Do Not Call List" philosophy.  People like myself who do not
wish to be assaulted multiple times daily and do everything we can to live in this world without the barrage
of virtual "foot in the door" robo callers would be without recourse and would simply have to give up the
convenience of voicemail.

Please do not allow this "end around" attempt to pry into my life.
