Allowing telemarketing calls to be inserted into my personal voice mail system is an unnecessary, 
unwarranted intrusion on my privacy and use of my services by an unapproved organization.

Do NOT allow this exemption from the consumer protection laws. This clearly falls under the "Do Not
Call list" regulations as it uses the phone system to harass the public.
