Please do not allow telemarketers to leave messages in my mailbox without
ringing my phones.  This is a ruse to allow them to legally robocall
which is otherwise prohibited, if the target doesn't want to receive them.
If this is allowed, the mailbox will be quickly filled and thereby rendered
useless.
