I am in COMPLETE OPPOSITION to the proposal of the FCC to roll back previously enacted rules that 1) Ban the blocking and slowing of websites, 2) forbid ISPs from charging websites extra fees for favorable access, 3) allow the FCC to investigate business practices of ISPs suspected of being anticompetitive. The internet has become a utility, and as such should be available to all on an equal basis. The FCC should work to assure this.
