With respect to the C-band spectrum I would like to make a comment in favor of the broadcasters user of the spectrum.

Broadcast stations around the country rely on the spectrum for reception of core materials used in their broadcast operations.

By possible reuse of the spectrum there is high potential for interference that may disrupt broadcast operations.

I would like to see ALL broadcast license holders to have use of the spectrum.

If unable to keep non-satellite service out of the spectrum propose that ALL broadcast license holders be given free license for protection at all studio and transmission sites.
