The internet does not belong to the Cable companies and ISP’s. It belongs to the tax payers that paid for it. The internet is an indispensable form of communication equal to or greater than the role telephone communications has been since its inception.  Just as telephone communications have been protected as a utility, so should the internet.  Do not change the the rules so a few companies can profit by turning the internet into a service just like cable tv.
