The interent needs to stay 'free'

By free I mean as each page you visit you shouldn't be forced to pay extra to speed it up or just visit it.

I personally can't afford inernet, I'm using a my phone as a wireless hotspot, many others can only just afford the cheapest available, are forced to use hotspots (their phones, cafes, other free places).

Forcing people to pay extra not slow down certain websites or just to view it will force many to either have to use the website at a slowed down version or not at all, some startups would no longer see the light of day, it's something that just shouldn't happen because large companies feel the need to force others to pay more for something that's currently free (Accessing websites/accessing websites faster).

(I'm rather bad at writing in general, sorry if it's a bit annoying to read)
