Dear FCC, As co-founder of the successful Internet startup Picnik with plans to start more companies in the future it is very important to me that the Open Internet is preserved under Title II classification. Although our tiny company competed against some of the largest in the world we were able to succeed because of the open internet. "Fast lanes" and the other kinds of partnerships proposed by the large ISPs and allowable under the proposed rule changes would have given the big companies an insurmountable advantage against us. Big companies have plenty of advantages as it is! It would have been impossible for us to win a bidding war to gain priority access to our customers. Thankfully we were able to win not based on how deep our pockets were but on the level playing field of the open internet with the quality of our product and the amazing experience we delivered. Let's remember that all the great successful American tech companies of today were once tiny... just a handful of people with new ideas and the ability to make them real. The great companies of the future are tiny now and need the same unmediated, open access to their customers to succeed. Thank you for preserving it!
