The fact that most regions of the country have few, if any, ISP choices makes Net Neutrality essential. The ISP companies already have an unfair advantage, akin to a monopoly, and they don't need more capabilities to affect free and unhindered delivery of Internet content to their customers or from the companies and content creators that make the digital economy thrive. Until Congress acts to update legislation to meet the needs of the 21st century communication landscape it is essential that the current regulatory frame work remains unchanged. I strongly disagree with removing the Title II classification currently established for ISPs until such time that Congress can better address the communications landscape through updating regulations last authored in the mid 1990s. Further, the fact that the previous discussion around enabling the current regulatory frame work garnered strong public support is a direct indication of the will of the people of this country, and it is unacceptable for chairman Pai to go against the wishes of the people of this country. Thank you.
