Internet companies already monitor and sell our information and if we want access without this it requires us to use VPN's and other encryption services. We should not be giving these companies more power but instead restricting it by not allowing them to log any traffic without a warrant just like any government agency. Many areas only have one service provider for high speed internet and if they are allowed to control what those areas have access to its basically removing their right to freedom of speech because they can then no longer post their ideas and opinions where and when they please!
