Please, don't destory the internet. The internet needs to remain Title II. There is no room in Net Neutrality for throttling, blocking, or paid-priority service. Claims that Net Neutrality stifles innovation are disingenuous. The only thing it stifles is the big ISP's ability to enforce us to pay more money.
