Dear FCC, As a citizen, consumer, and avid Internet user, it is extremely important to me to keep the Internet open, and thus Net Neutrality in place. The proposed changes to FCC rules would allow ISPs to throttle and censor content. They would also allow them to overcharge and price gouge. The largely oligopolistic nature of the industry already hurts consumers, who are so dissatisfied with their services that ISPs ranked last of 43 industries in a 2015 American Customer Satisfaction Index survey. Among these, Comcast, who came in dead last in 2015's Temkin Group Customer Service Ratings, has already been caught throttling P2P websites. These changes hurt everyone from the smallest independent artist to goliaths like Netflix and Google and all their patrons. It would hit poor and rural households the hardest. The only ones who benefit from it are the ISPs. Access to an open Internet is indispensable in this day and age. Please do the right thing for the majority of the country and keep our current Net Neutrality rules based on Title II in place. Sincerely, Alexis Acevedo
