Net Neutrality is an important part of the internet as we know it today. After the Wednesday "Day of Action" on July 12th, Comcast, Verizon, and Centurylink, all big players in the relatively non-competitive market for our internet infrastructure here in the US published posts stating that reversing the decision would increase consumer choice, spur investment and create lasting protections. That's all a lie. The rules we have in place now because of the prior FCC decision are what we as consumers need. Though the big businesses state they're for Net Neutrality, that's another lie. They would toss it out the window if they could at the behest of their shareholders. Keep the rules in place and enforce them. Do something useful for the citizens rather than the big brands lobbying with their dollars. I work in Cyber Security and with all that I know about the internet, reversing the rules would be a big negative for the world we live in.
