I feel proud as a human being to say that we're in the age of making things happen. Devices that connect us to the world and fit in our pockets such as phones can allow us to turn ourselves into something. Information is just a touch away and fame and fortune lies in our pockets if we so wish to pursue it. However, regulations and threat to internet freedoms will mean the end for, what I believe is in my opinion, the best time to be alive. Regulations of the internet will cause our freedoms to seek and earn knowledge, create a name for ourselves, and let our voices be heard to suddenly vanish. Strict regulation of internet speeds from companies who do not have our best interests in mind are nothing that I will ever stand for. I ask you to not allow these changes to happen, not as an internet user, but as a human being. Our right to access the beauties of the world through a small screen will be devastating for many small business owners, online entertainers, content creators, and consumers as a whole.
