Reason: Internet Newtrality 
The Cable Company currently force consumer into packages unwanted and the tier pricing per mbps of download internet is so unfair just by cost they force us in to stealing from our wallets.  Give them the ability to slow traffic and force unabridged ransom pricing for speed will kill the internet.
