The FCC's Open Internet Rules (net neutrality rules) are something I think is extremely important in today's society. You should do everything possible to protect these laws. Without these laws the smaller ISP providers will not be able to be as competitive. Bigger companies dont suffer as much as smaller companies (ISP providers). I feel as though the internet has turned into a household utility that should not be infringed on, by IPS telling us what we can and cant watch/look at. Forcing us to see adds they prefer and censor stuff they dont like. The internet is also a tool of free speach. Chairman Pai has a strong lean towards the big names in intetnet serviceing providers. Companies like ATT, Verizon, and Comcast will not be as affected by the new set of laws if net neutrality is lifted. I for one, dont want someone telling me after i clock my normal 9 hour a day job, what i can or cant do on my internet that i pay the service fee for. If i want to play a popular video game, or watch a popular netflix series show, i shouldnt be punished, or my service throttled, because my ISP would rather me be watching a stream from their hosted stream site, or cable tv.Plus more smaller companies getting into the market, means more competeitive prices and that's good for the consumer, and that also means more money as a total if more people are able to by service.
