Dear Chairman, I urge you to support reclassifying of ISP’s and broadband internet under Title II following Chairman Wheeler’s proposal. This is our best chance at continuing the work the original innovators of the internet and the world wide web have given to us. A open internet is what I would like regulated to prevent broadband providers from charging for data that should be available. It would be like my power company telling me I can only use GE appliances because they have an agreement with GE, if I want to use other branded eletronics I must pay an surcharge. This would be insane to even think of a power company telling me this, in part due to the restrictions imposed on them by Title II. Title II would be a present boon to the ISP's, no longer would they be able to charge outrageous prices for measly internet. I'm current getting worse speeds for a higher price than even what Comcast charges. Comcast, the company notorious for overcharging customers has been outpriced by Suddenlink. Under Title II regulation of those prices and in a moderate item would assist in this problem. We have been enjoying some degree of net neutrality but with recent changes in FCC and FTC I believe that will change unless we step up and make a new proposal based on Wheeler's Open Internet Order and get it passed. Sincerely, Craig Davis
