Hello,
	My name is Miles, and I am giving my voice on behalf of saving equal internet. This bill will give the power to ISP's to limit information and deter business due to their own personal gains. Because of this, this would be a violation of freedom to knowledge and education to the public. The bill will also create a monopoly on the internet. This would destroy the fundamentals of the small-business games and programs which have taken off in the recent years due to the accessability of the internet with its current state.

	I am no law major or the best writer, so in short: The internet should be equal opportunity for all, not monopolized by the ISP's.
