The internet is a lovely place and tool for small business owners,
school students, and people who just like to explore what's been
given out into the community. But if we're expected to have
multiple websites just completely vanished because isp just
don't think they're important, then it's not the "World Wide Web"
anymore,is it? It then should just be called the "Selected Importance 
Browsing Thing". 

	Now you might have a lucky guess onto why I put the 
word "Thing" Well it seems that you are just treating the web like a 
piece of garbage thrown to the side of the street and forgoten. But it's
MORE than just that, it's a great oppurtinity to learn, a place to hangout
when certain people can't be reached at the moment by travel. It's a tool
that can shape the current and future generations to come...


	And do you REALLY want to forbid that?
