I support net neutrality and its enforcement. Putting control into the hands of for-profit providers will certainly imbalance high-speed internet access in favor of those that can afford it. This will add another increasing divide between the haves and have-nots. Let innovators and entrepreneurs of all economic positions have equal access to high speed internet!
