Ok, I understand why you've made me type up, save, and upload this document. Nevertheless, I find not having a text box very inconveinent. 

I would very much prefer that ISPs remain classified as Title 2 carriers. Equal access to content on the web is imperetive. We only got to where we are today with the ISPs behaving like common carriers, them not doing so is a new development and having them continue to keep the web equal will continue it's progress forward. 

Allowing unequal access to the web is anti-competitive and not remotely fair. Think of this as forcing freedom.
