Dear Chairman Wheeler: The best way to ensure the Internet remains an open platform for innovation and expression is to make no changes to the rules that are already in effect today. Any changes would hinder innovation especially for small businesses and individuals who rely on open communication even more today than they did when the current rules were put in place. Forcing small businesses with small budgets to compete with large corporations for bandwidth for their Web sites and Internet-related communications will kill the budding grassroots startups that are created every day in this country. Innovation comes from small, nimble groups with big ideas, not large organizations with gigantic lobbying budgets. Innovation thrives with freedom from overbearing and overreaching regulation. Isn't that what President Trump promised us in his campaign? Sincerely, Thomas M. Cetkowski, Jr. 12 Morgan Ave. Titusville, NJ 08560
