My name is Andrew Martin. My wife and I strongly oppose Mr. Pai's proposal to reverse the current net neutrality protections. I strongly oppose rolling back the classification of ISP's as Title 2 entity because I belive that leaving ISP's classified as Title 2 Entities is in the best interests of this country. It promotes competition, innovation, and also prevents virtual monopolies in geographical areas. Here in my county we're finally beginning to see ISP's advance their offerings to the public and expanding on their lackluster networks in a way that they have not done in the last ten years. I believe that they are afraid of competition stealing their market share. Thank you for reviewing my comment.
