I completely oppose of Chairman Pai's proposal to reverse Net Neutrality.  Net Neutrality is vital to Americans because it's a place that allows people to practice their Freedom of Speech without having to fear reprisal or having to pay for it.  Getting rid of Net Neutrality WILL NOT HELP!  Title II is there to help protect our Freedom of Speech.  Without it, ISP can block something they don't like and that's not something that happens in America, that's something that happens in North Korea.  I don't want to live in North Korea, I want to live in America.  That's why Net Neutrality and a open internet is important to me, so I can practice my right to be heard and to hear others not just thoughout America, but the world, and not have it blocked or throttled.  Please keep Net Neutrality as it is, please don't be like North Korea.
