I support the continuation of Net Neutrality policies by the FCC.  
An open internet in which all data traffic is treated equally provides an 
important avenue for free speech and free enterprise.  A "pay to play" 
system in which those with the most money decide which websites are 
accessible will harm innovation and growth in the USA and abroad.
