Telemarketing calls are already an unwanted nuisance and the majority of them are actively violating many telecommunications laws. Allowing “ringless viocemall” will allow them to continue to harass the public with calls they do not want and waste peoples’ time listening to useless messages. There is no legitimate reason the call cannot be placed like a “normal” call. The clear objective here is for these businesses to continue to flaunt the law and harass and annoy the public.

I urge you to prohibit the use of the ringless viocemall technologies.
