Please keep Title II protections in place for a neutral internet.  Allowing internet service providers to control access to information is a form of censorship and something that is fundamentally unAmerican.  Although title II protections aren't perfect, they give the FCC the authority it needs to keep access to information equal.  ISP's should be classified as common carriers and should be regulated.
