Alluretech is a Wireless Internet Service Provider or WISP based in Casper, WY.  We've been in business since 1989 and an ISP since 1991.  We currently service the Casper area and much of rural Natrona County.  We have used unlicensed 2.4Ghz, 5.xGhz and 3.65Ghz.  The 2.4 is almost useless and the 5Ghz is getting more crowded all the time.  We have deployed 3.65 in a number of locations and it works well for the last mile connections.  We have about 600 customers including both commercial and residential.  Many of our customers are either cutting the cord or investigating it.  We need to be able to deliver more bandwidth to keep up with the growing demand.  We strongly oppose CTIA and T-Mobile petitions as they will make it tough to continue to deliver satisfactory service and expand in to new areas.  WISPS can far better utilize the new channels and quickly roll out new equipment from vendors like Telrad, Baicells and Radwin.
