I have been advised the FCC is reviewing the problem of robocalls and robocalls with faked telephone calls on the caller ID.
Both problems have made a joke out the DO NO CALL LIST.  Nobody respects it due to lack of any teeth in it.

Now I read somebody wants to use technology to go straight to voicemail.  In my opinion, this is just another form of robocall and should be outlawed.
