I strongly oppose allowing unsolicited "ringless voicemail" calls of any kind. This includes telemarketing, donation requests, support for political campaigns and any other form of unsolicited call. I have taken considerable effort to keep my telephone numbers private and have registered them on the "do not call" list precisely because I do NOT want these calls. My time is valuable and if I want specific goods or services I will seek them out myself.
