First and foremost, using a phone to apply for jobs and such over the internet is nigh on impossible to do. Not only is it cumbersome when using the most mobile-friendly app, but it is absurd on the majority of websites that aren't mobile-friendly. And conducting any form of business on a phone -- emails, etc. -- is similarly ridiculous.

But people can tether! They can use their computers!

Fuck you, Ajit. Not only is that stupid to ask that people do this just simply so you can corrupt the FCC, but most service providers don't fucking allow people to tether, or require extra money each month to enable that feature.
