Dear FCC,

As this will likely fall on deaf ears, I digress....
I feel as though you're cheating the system. To provide America with Cell coverage
and call that a day instead of laying out an actual communications infrastructure
is kinda cheating, don't you think? My address is right on the line of CAF 2 Funding
for CenturyStink and Frontier, and sadly I'm on CenturyLinks side of coverage.
They get funding from you guys to cover my address, yet all they can offer me is a
home phone. How am I supposed to work from home with just a home phone? There is only
1 WISP in my area, and they want $50 for a 1/1 connection. I DARE YOU to try to 
serve a household on a 1/1 connection for a day and try to tell me if its adequate.
I had to usb tether to my verizon phone, and configure my whole home network so that it
can share my cell coverage until another WISP comes in my area or CenturyLink stops
frauding you guys on funding and actually supplies me internet. A company called DSC communications
laid Fiber across the highway from me, but are being held up by state permits, and they think
the state wont let them cross the road to connect me. I am screwed and you guys simply don't care.
You just wanna create more shortcuts since everyone under PAI has relations to the telecom
industry. YOU ARE MORE CROOKED THEN A QUESTION MARK. I do not support you guys cheating and calling
cell service enough. Networks need to be built out to provide EVERYONE ubiquitous internet
coverage. We are ranked 10th in the world in terms of our internet speed/coverage. What happened
to USA always being number 1? To settle for less is TREASON.
